In a world often overshadowed by challenges, Bethesda International Ministries, also known as Jerusalem Christian Centre, stands as a beacon of hope and transformation. Founded in 2016 by Apostle Mthokozisi Moyo, this vibrant church has become a cornerstone of compassion and service in Matebeleland and beyond.

With a mission rooted in love, empowerment, and faith, the ministry is transforming lives and communities through its impactful outreach programs.

At the heart of Jerusalem Christian Centre’s work is a simple yet powerful mission: to know Christ, show Christ, and be Christ to all. “We are committed to serving others and spreading the message of hope and transformation. Our vision is to ensure every individual experiences the love and compassion of God,” says Apostle Mthokozisi Moyo.

Since its inception, the church has focused on addressing the needs of the most vulnerable in society. Its outreach programs provide critical support to orphans, widows, and people living with disabilities. Additionally, the church has launched educational initiatives that have enabled countless children to access schooling, offering them a brighter future.

Jerusalem Christian Centre’s influence extends far beyond Matebeleland. The ministry now boasts 28 branches across multiple countries, including 19 in Zimbabwe, 6 in South Africa, 2 in Botswana, and 1 in the United Kingdom. Each branch operates on a schedule tailored to its community, with gatherings held on either Saturdays or Sundays.

As the church continues to grow, plans are underway to develop accommodation facilities at its headquarters. These facilities will operate on a small fee-based model, with proceeds supporting the church’s educational initiatives. This innovative approach will further empower children and communities, ensuring the ministry’s work remains sustainable and far-reaching.

The story of Jerusalem Christian Centre is a testament to the power of collective action and faith. By addressing both spiritual and practical needs, the church has become a lifeline for countless individuals. Its programs not only provide immediate relief but also foster long-term transformation, empowering communities to thrive.

“Our vision is one of hope and transformation. We believe that every individual deserves a chance to experience the love and compassion of God,” Apostle Mthokozisi Moyo emphasizes.

With its unwavering commitment to service, Jerusalem Christian Centre is poised to continue its transformative work. As the ministry expands its reach and refines its programs, it remains a shining example of what can be achieved when faith, compassion, and action come together.

For those seeking inspiration or a way to make a difference, the story of Jerusalem Christian Centre serves as a powerful reminder: even in the face of adversity, hope and transformation are possible.
